    MusicRemedy P3P compatible

Ever heard about privacy on the internet? In real life it’s very common to keep things private but not the internet. Take a look at those social networks (i.e., Facebook, MySpace, etc…) where people are writing and posting their entire lives.

W3CPlatform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P)

A few years ago W3C started the Platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P). This enables Websites to express their privacy practices in a standard format that can be retrieved automatically and interpreted easily by user agents (e.g., browsers). This way you can (dis-)approve any website’s privacy policy which is P3P-compatible. This way you are in control of your own privacy.

MusicRemedy has joined the P3P-initiative by making their privacy policy available in a standard format. You can see for yourself: MusicRemedy P3P-privacy policy (XML-format). You can view these settings the best way using IE (click on ‘safety’/’webpage privacy policy’/’summary’).
