CEOMusicRemedy.com Hi there, on this blog I will write about my online (i.e., website, music, etc...) and offline activities. My posts will mostly be short and the topic will be random within my range of activities. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate and email me.
I just watched a documentary entitled “Living with Michael Jackson” in which a BBC journalist interviewed Michael Jackson (R.I.P.) from May 2002 to January 2003. You have to watch this if you know what the deal was with him. Don’t believe everything untill you hear it first hand. Here it is:
To my regrets it’s been awhile since the latest ‘Lovely Ladies’ post. Well, I have found one! Her name is Kendra Wilkinson. I received a press release about her new reality show “KENDRA”. Rapper Too $hort & producers Play-N-Skillz recorded a theme song for her which sounds nice.
“We had extreme synergy going into the studio with Too $hort and Kendra to record the theme song,” says Play from Play-N-Skillz. “We had a great time recording it and we’re very happy that Kendra loved the theme song.”
Ok ok, she is not ‘real’. Her boobs are fake :-<. When just 18, Kendra Wilkinson enhanced her breast and says “I don’t know why I wanted to enhance my breasts. but I did.” Yeah sure… this is kind of pathetic. Anyway, she does look sexy.
Ever heard of rock-band GWAR? Well, they are about to release a new album entitled “Lust in Space” on August 18th, 2009. First off, just take a look at a band-shot:
Yes, these ‘things’ are real people in costumes. They are actually intergalactic shock rockers so this might be your first alien encounter, oohhhwwwwooowww.
Ever heard of the existing of postcards? No, not cybercards which will be delivered IRL. Just plain ordinary (post-)cards which you choose and sent by mail to a friend/family. It’s far more personal, and better, then those creepy cybercards.
I just came across a couple of lovely postcards. No, this isnot because of someone’s birthday. Sometimes things just happen for no apparant reason, OK?
Anyway, the shop is called “16 Sparrows” and one of its collection is called “The Fucking Card Collection”. Very creative, huh? Just look at the selection, I made, below and judge for yourself. The last one is frankly the most userfriendly to sent but not exactly receiver-friendly, hehe.
caption: “When I curse, I mean it as a way to show affection for you. Really. Show your affection to someone you care enough to curse to on their special day.”
Caption: “We understand you can’t send a holiday card with the F-bomb to everyone on your holiday card list, so we came up with some profanity free cards. Choose between Check Box Holiday cards, which represent all holidays or the No “L” cards.”
No no, not a greatest hits album (although it might be). This is a greatest Jedi Mind Tricks collabo’s album. Serisously, is it x-mas?
Anyway, this album will be released June 23rd, 2009 through Babygrande Records. I guess they have been dropping Jedi since birth, hehe. I don’t have to say that this sh*t is off the hook, it just is. Most of the tracks are *not* new so you should already have heard them. No surprises, just dopeness. And yes, I am a JMT-fan (so this review is 100% subjective).
Cocao is one of the business which still isnot exactly ‘honest’ for its producers (e.g., below marketprice). ‘Tea Coffee Cocao’ (TCC) aims to improve the social, environmental and economic conditions at the beginning of the coffee, tea and cocoa supply chain. The companies are starting to have some sort of conscience (read: a niche/market is available) because cocao is starting to be more ‘honest’.
Ouch, this joint is nice… “It’s My Time” but wait the joint gets even better arond 2:23 when a preview to “Your Baby” is ‘loaded’. RnB newcomer Ryan Leslie ‘helps’ Fabolous to make a suh-weet joint. Thumbs up for the beat! Don’t sleep. Seriously… shit is tight!
Fabolous has not been one of my favorite rappers but he does have skills. He doesnot have that (hiphop) rawness (which I like) but a more general voice.
btw if you are looking for some quality RnB then check out Ryan Leslie. He’s been doing his thing for sometime now and his self-titled album is off the hook.
Last monday we were chilling on the couch and in need of a movie. We clicked on play to watch “He’s Just Not That Into You” which is a movie about the love-hassle for both man and woman whether he/she is married or not.
My wife and I loved the movie. The first 15 minutes are a bitch (read: chick-flick) and I was about to get the hell out of there. Thank god, I didnot.
The movie has a couple of ‘real’ eye-openers and you can reflect your own relation(-ships) & life. Well, just go see it.
Sorry sorry for the lack of updates. A couple of reasons: Eastern (yes I caught the bunny ;-) ), business dilemma’s, update of my father’s (business) website, etc…
Have you noticed that HipHop songs are becoming more pop? If not, then check out this song “Sugar” by Flo Rida . A former ‘hardcore’ rapper releases a pop/dance/hiphop song which is catchy but defitinely cannot be categorised as HipHop.
Yes, I do listen to the song now and then. So this is *not* about dissing HipHop I just noticed. It’s not a bad thing because the genre is becoming more and more popular (read: more money). The ‘real’ HipHop is still out there (e.g., PaceWon & Mr Green) and will never die. Thank god!
OMG, I just read about the upcoming new BMW 5GT. A new model which doesnot or does look like anything. In my humble opinion, I have not seen it in real life yet, it’s bloody awful. Take a look for yourself:
The following photo is my favorite. Check out how the front and back (not) match. Arrrghhh…
Last but not least, one looking at the back:
Maybe I have to adapt because it’s a so-called new car. They even (dare to) call it an innovation! Innovation is basically something ‘new’ so yes they are right but innovation isnot always better.
